The world economy has bottomed out and recovered gradually. In that environment, in order to increase the productions and profits’ ratio in the overseas country, the Japanese companies have strengthened and deepened the overseas markets reliance to a higher layer, especially in the Southeast Asia. The unification of Japan economy and the Southeast Asia economy is moving on, and with the effort of the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) formation, the movement to increase the business association unification in Southeast Asia is speeded up.

From 1993 to August 2001, I was working as an employee in a leading insurance company and I was in charge of foreign business promotion department in Thailand and branch office in Tokyo. On that time, Thailand was major in supporting automobile industry and the manufactories were more and more developer. Thailand was an agriculture country and after that has become the industry country. China’s also became the manufactory of the world. On seeing that, I believed that Asia would become the world’s production base soon and I start to establish the WEB-STAR DOT COM (THAILAND) CO.LTD in Bangkok Thailand. I was often being asked that “There are many production bases in China, aren’t they?” but when thinking of the transfer pricing taxation problem and the rising of the minimum wage in China cities, the overflowing of the product being copied… finally due to the overwhelming for the Japanese-affiliated enterprise foreign investment measure share ratio in Thailand, I chose Thailand as my first overseas outlets.

And from the start point up to now, being a digital workshop to build infrastructure and digital technology, we are still on the way to develop the company with the know-how manager expert and human resources in Thailand. Currently, Thailand's domestic products are mainly in WEB/3DCG/WEB 3D. Moreover, on August 2004 STAR VIETNAM CO-WEB., LTD. was established in Ho Chi Minh City, major in 3 DCG modeling, WEB coding, a program developing that increase additional features for customer.

On the other hand, we also established the WEBSTARJAPAN CO.Ltd in Japan (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) that links the digital workshops in Asia and Japan together. The display industry's largest investment companies and partnerships work have also been enlarged. Also, thanks to the widespread of broadband, the conventional WEB production, the rich content of the vehicle in accordance with the 3DCG , authoring WEB3D to outsource contracted until trustee.

From now on, being a trusted outsourcing company we would connect the Asia and Japan digital workshop and related business together and we also strengthen our digital workshop in Asia zone.
